Policies

Policies are put in place to protect the time of the service provider.

  • Please allow a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment 

  • A fee of 50% of your service total will be invoiced via email on the second time a person fails to give 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 

  • No call no shows will result in a fee of 50% of your service total being invoiced via email to cover the time allotted for the appointment.

  • In addition, a deposit of 50% of the service total will be needed going forward to reserve any future appointments. 

  • Deposits will be able to be applied to the entirety of the service once completed.
